Fee schedules

2027 fee schedule updates

Your fee schedule will be updated with a January 1, 2027 effective date and it will be available for you to view beginning November 1, 2026 on the Sun Life provider portal at www.sunlife.com/providers. The implementation date of these changes may vary for one or more Premier Dental Group payors.

Here are the instructions to find the fee schedules:

  1. Log in at www.sunlife.com/providers.
  2. From the homepage, select 'PRACTICE TOOLS' in the top menu.
  3. When this menu opens, you will be able to select 'Fee schedules' under Billing & payments.
  4. On the Fee schedule search page, select Premier Dental Group from the network drop-down and complete the provider and location. Make sure you have a date of service that is 1/1/2027 or later to see the updated fees.
