About Premier Dental

The Premier Dental Group (PDG) was formed in 1991 to bring additional freedom of choice to preferred provider dental networks. Our dental networks help bring regular dental care to hundreds of thousands of people.

We are Unique
We are not an insurance company or a third party administrator. Our primary business is to serve our network of dentists with prompt claim service, a healthy fee schedule, and a steady stream of patients. We then contract with multiple dental plan payors (insurers and TPA's) who require a large network of preferred dental offices for their plan members to visit.

We currently represent over 20 different insurance payors who bring over 350,000 patients to our member dentists. We are one of the largest dental networks in the Midwest.

We are committed to providing superior service to our member dentists, patient members and insurance payors. Our phones are answered by knowledgeable staff instead of voice mail, and our website is designed to answer your questions and help patients find their local dental office.
